You may subscribe (free) to our email mailing list for occasional announcements (only a few times per year) of retreat programme updates, publications, website additions, etc.

You will receive an email with instructions as to how to confirm your subscription. If you do not follow those instructions then your subscription will not be confirmed.

Postal Mail

If you require information by postal mail, write to our Membership Secretary and ask to be added to our mailing list for our retreat programme and newsletter. There is no charge for this, though we would be happy to receive donations towards postal costs.
